Great location with a fantastic vibe
Such a cute boutique hotel! The room was spacious and stylish, plus helpful staff made everything easy. Loved the rooftop pool and bar—great drinks! Super close to the beach and lots of cool restaurants. Only thing is we had issues with the mini fridge in the room and it took forever for our car to arrive.

Clean hotel with marvellous and lovely location in Miami Beach close to bars, the airport, and South Beach and Taquiza. The staff were very courteous and pleasant and assisted with private parking.

The hotel was absolutely brilliant and nice little with incredible personnel. The meal served at the attached restaurant was perfect. Stayed for 4 days and did not want to leave there, I would return anytime.

I was extremely pleased with the Palmer House...the staff was very friendly and willing to accomodate. I can't say enough great things about the Palmer House....the decor was outstanding.

Helpful staff team for that manner, everything was fantastic. I liked the room on higher floors, the bed was comfortable.

The hotel is brilliant and located in downtown Miami, making it easy to find shops nearby. the rooms are neat, well-designed, and spacious, with a great view from the window. the staff is incredibly nice and friendly. Additionally, there is a rooftop bar at the venue.

Small art deco hotel in the middle of South Beach. The location is excellent - a block off the beach. The staff were helpful and personable. Had access to the pool and spa at the Victor.
Small bathroom and not much clothing storage.

We appreciated spending 3 nights here. the hotel was brilliant and beautiful, with an incredible location in a 'private area' on the beach. the staff were consistently courteous and pleasant, and check-in was painless.

We were upgraded to a suite which was great. We enjoyed relaxing on Sun terrace and around roof top pool. Very nicely designed hotel with excellent staff
We do not have any real complaints but the following could be improved: 1) Tea and Coffee facilities not provided in room 2) Well stocked mini bar but no appropriate glasses to enjoy the champagne 3) Roof terrace suffered from noise from air con plant
